Description
Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Instructor: Yesika Young
Choose which day of the week you would like to attend in-person class. If the option you would like is full, select the waiting list.Wednesday class: January 15 - March 19, 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m.Friday Class: January 17 - March 21, 10:00-11:00 a.m.NOTE: Due to Library and Community Center renovations these classes are now located at the Takoma Park Recreation Center, 7315 New Hampshire Avenue.The class you have selected will be in person at the Gymnasium, Takoma Park Recreation Center, 7315 New Hampshire Avenue.
