PLEASE FILL OUT ALL OF THE CUSTOM QUESTIONS FOR THE FAMILY PASS WITH ALL REQUIRED DETAILS (age, birthdate, babysitter, contact information etc.)To qualify for the Family Pass all members of the family pass must reside under the same roof, and be eligible to be claimed on the same federal tax forms. You may be asked to provide us your federal tax form sheets.
*If your son(s) or daughter(s) are a full-time college student and living at the same home for the summer they are allowed to be on the family pass.*
*Please note that any children under the age of 9 years old must be accompanied by someone 16 or older.*
Babysitter Pass Rules & RegulationsA babysitter pass can be added to the Sheldon Outdoor Aquatic Center Family Membership Pass for an additional charge of $30. Only one babysitter is allowed to be registered on the families membership. The babysitter is only allowed to use the family babysitter pass when attending the Outdoor Aquatic Center with at least one child from the Family Membership. When not caring for the child/children on the Family Membership, the babysitter is responsible for their own pool entry (e.g. punch card, individual membership, etc.). Babysitters must be 16 years of age or older.
- Babysitter passes are non-refundable
- Babysitter passes are non-transferrable
- 1. A babysitter uses the Babysitter Pass without accompanying the child/children on the Family Pass.
- 2. A babysitter misuses the Family Pass/Babysitter pass.
- 3. A member on the Family Pass attempts to use the Babysitter pass for a caregiver not listed under the Family Pass/Babysitter pass.
