Join AgeWell Services for an exciting, outdoor Summer Camp specially designed for older adults!
Monday, August 4, 2025 | 9:00a - 2:30p
Participants will meet at Park de la Cruz Community Center (3901 Landis Street, 92105) at 9:00a, before taking a shuttle to the Mission Trails Regional Park for an easy, Ranger-Led Flora & Fauna hike.
After the hike, participants will enjoy a provided lunch in the Mission Trails Visitor Center, before viewing an informational film about the natural beauty of the area.
Following the film, participants will be returned to Park de la Cruz Community Center on a shuttle.
Tuesday, August 5, 2025 | 9:30a - 2:30p
Participants will meet at the Balboa Park Senior Lounge (1650 El Prado, 92101) at 9:30a, before enjoying a guided, outdoor walking tour of Balboa Park.
After the walking tour, participants will enjoy a provided lunch in a shaded area of the park before having the option to visit either the San Diego Natural History Museum or Fleet Science Center.
Wednesday, August 6, 2025 | 9:30a - 2:30p
Participants will meet at Memorial Senior Center (610 South 30th Street, 92113) at 9:30a, before enjoying a staff-led Water Aerobics class at the nearby Memorial Pool.
After the water aerobics class, participants will return to Memorial Senior Center to enjoy a provided lunch, before taking part in a rejuvenating, staff-led Yoga/Chair Yoga class.
