Description
Rhythm Addicts Beginning Bachata class is designed for those new to Latin dancing. We provide a strong foundation with basic training, steps and turns. We also cover best practices for leaders and followers. Learning how to dance has shown to dramatically improve memory, balance and self-confidence. It is also a great way meet new people and create friendships.
No experience and no partners are needed to join. Participants must wear casual clothing, but workout clothes should be left at the gym. Comfortable shoes are best. Absolutely no flip flops or open toed shoes are allowed. Heels are not required or recommended. Please arrive early for your class, we start on time and do not admit late arrivals.
