Begin your Wednesday mornings with intention and energy. This transformative 7-week program guides you through each chakra using gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and Reiki. Designed to help you release blockages, deepen self-awareness, and realign with your highest self, each session offers a full-body, soul-nourishing experience.Each week, we’ll focus on one of the seven chakras, using a mix of grounding yoga, energy healing techniques, and journaling prompts to guide you on a path of holistic wellness and spiritual balance.?
