Description
Traditional Japanese Karate: Karate helps build confidence and motivation to learn and helps to increase concentration. Classes will emphasize on hand -eye coordination, body awareness, and Karate concepts: Blocking, Kicking, Punching and Striking. Karate GI (Uniform) is required.
Mondays, 6/9-8/18/25 7-8pm
