About this event
This in-person 1-day Mini Series covers research-current and accessible information about labor & birth, and includes a brief overview of newborn care and feeding. It is 8-hours of confidence-building curriculum, and is recommended for first-time parents with busy schedules or limited time available before baby’s estimated due date. It's also helpful for experienced parents who did not take classes with their first baby. Generally, recommended for due dates between three and six weeks after the last class. Full Details.
NOTES: Pacific Time. In class, you'll receive a free copy of our text, the 5th edition of Pregnancy, Childbirth and the Newborn. There will be a 45-minute break for lunch. Bringing your own lunch might work best, as there are only a few restaurants nearby. Please contact us if you have questions.
