Shallow Water Aerobics
Mondays/Wednesday Evenings
July 14 to August 27
6:00pm - 7:00pm
Stedwick Pool *Classes will be held at Hurley Park pool from 8/18 to 8/27*
Burn fat while increasing flexibility and range of motion. Improve muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. This class includes aquatic exercises and interval aerobics and is for swimmers and non-swimmers (head is always above water).
Participants must have a valid MVF Activity Card or purchase a Class Pass.
Bring your own pool noodle.
No drop-ins will be accepted.
