Supervisor: Johanna Geister Welcome to a journey of self-discovery and harmony with nature through the practices of yoga, mindfulness, movement meditation and an understanding of Earth's elements. This is a perfect time to explore transformative practices, which not only cultivates physical strength and flexibility but also nurtures mental clarity and emotional balance. Yoga offers a series of postures and breathing techniques that align the body and mind, promoting overall well-being. Mindfulness, will invite the opportunity to be fully present in each moment, enhancing focus and reducing stress. By connecting with the elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—the campers will gain a deeper appreciation for the natural world and their place within it. This camp experience will empower them to harness these tools, fostering resilience, creativity, and a profound sense of peace as they navigate transformative stages of young adulthood. Nature's elements will be included in the arts and craft activities planned for this week. This camp is sure to be full of fun, connection and creativity. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket if you have one. (A yoga mat can be provided if needed.) ANY CANCELLATION WILL BE ASSESSED A $15/CAMP/CHILD ADMINISTRATION FEE.
