Description
Sweat, stretch, and strengthen-- no equipment, no limits (just bring a mat*)! A powerful mix of high intensity training, yoga, and core-focused mat work. Build strength, boost endurance, and improve mobility with bodyweight exercises designed for all fitness levels. Sweat hard, move with purpose, and leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and unstoppable. Bring a mat, water, and a towel.
*$15 to rent a mat for the full 5-week session. (If you forget your mat, you can borrow one for free once.)
