Description
Hopefully, it will never be needed, but it can save your life if you know what to do in certain situations. In this two-part class, you will learn:
- Situational awareness and risk mitigation to ideally avoid any dangerous situation that you might find yourself in.
- Basic techniques: strikes, defensive blocks, key targets, how to escape typical grabs and choke holds, and when to use certain engagement strategies.
- Options on ways to continue to practice these skills so they are not forgotten.

- Part 1: Saturday, May 31st, 9:00-11:00 AM
- Part 2: Saturday, June 7th, 9:00-11:00 AM

Cost: for both classes
- $50 Early Registration until May 24th
