Somatic Movement in Yoga (Chair and Standing) - This class is ideal for those with mobility issues due to chronic conditions, injuries, or surgeries. Through a focus on neuromuscular feedback and natural movement patterns, participants will discover effective ways to release tension and refine movement strategies that improve mobility and coordination. This class offers a clinically informed approach to managing everyday stress and improving functional movement patterns.
