Description
A six-week interactive series for those living with Parkinsons and their caregivers. This is a hands-on approach to moving forward and living a life with Parkinsons Disease outside of the medical office. Each week we will cover a specific topic focused on your everyday living and how your caregiver can support you and you them. Topics will include:
· Nutrition
· Fall Prevention Techniques
· Adaptive Equipment
· Mental Health and Dealing with Isolation for you and your caregiver
· Exercise and Movement through Activities of Daily Living
· How to put it all together and still find Joy
