Upcycle Your Clothes into Wearable ArtVisiting Artist: Linda LevitonJuly 7th-10th10am-4pmSuitable for all skill levelsWorkshop Price: $365.00 per person (total)$200.00 First payment online secures your spot. $145.00 Second payment due by June 1st. *Second payment can be made in person or by QR code sent to participants.
Daily parking and snacks included Information packets sent out in May.BRING A SEWING MACHINE, IF YOU HAVE ONE.Transform your old clothes into fly one-of-a-kind pieces. You will learn techniques to update your clothing such as applique, reverse applique, visible mending, stenciling, sashiko and boro stitching and simple machine sewing alterations. Bring your denim (jackets, jeans or shirts), sweats, and Tee shirts to class. You may have some cool thrifted clothes that you would like to upcycle. Bring them too. We will print, paint, patch and sew new life into your clothes that express who you are. Some experience with a sewing machine is necessary.
