Description
Join clinical herbalist Oren Hercz (RHP) to learn how the wild plants growing around us can be used as medicine. During our walk, we'll explore the identification, medicinal properties, and preparation of many common "weeds" and wildflowers we pass by every day. Oren will share practical knowledge based on his 20+ years’ experience in gathering, preparing, and using herbal medicine both at home and in clinical practice. Participants will gain usable knowledge they can implement right away to help maintain and restore health. At the end of our medicinal plant walk, the conversation will continue around a pot of wild medicine tea that we will brew together. Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Wear outdoor wear, good shoes, hat, etc. and bring a mug for tea.Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Wear outdoor wear, good shoes, hat, etc. and bring a mug for tea.
