Description
Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 3 - 5. Are you looking for a mind-body workout that will strengthen, lengthen, stretch and tone your body? Improve your muscular endurance and flexibility with an emphasis on core body mat work. Note start time 6:00 PM. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Instructor: Stephanie Riegle, over 25 years experience. 8 classes. No class 5/26. (6/9 reserved for makeup class).
