Afternoon Tea returns to Aldie Mill! Join us as we welcome guest speaker Eric Buckland and delve into the history of local Civil War women. Eric's presentation introduces attendees to several of the strong, skilled, and talented women who were married to Mosby Rangers. Often exceeding their husbands’ wartime and post-war exploits, the women left their own indelible mark on the culture, history and communities of the United States. Eric will share stories of romance, dedication, loyalty, and success about some of the remarkable women who were “Married to a Mosby Ranger.” A full afternoon tea will be offered during the program.
